K'GARI WITH SENSEI ODELL

It’s 5:30am. I know it’s 5:30am because although I’m cocooned in total darkness, I’ve illuminated my phone that sits in the storage pouch of my roof top tent, somewhere along the top canvas line that I’ve sat up and am reaching for. I’m camped on K’Gari island (formally known as Fraser Island) perched atop the roof of my 4wd and enclosed in my brand-new James Baroud roof top tent.
